NO REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds of any kind

​CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointments are very important to the Ooh La La Salon team members.  Appointments are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hour’s notice for cancellations or changes.  If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged for 100% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled.  Same day cancellations will also be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Ooh La La Salon. 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.

TARDINESS:

Here at Ooh La La we have a 10-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Ooh La La Salon.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hour’s notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hour’s notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Ooh La La Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text/email that you will need to reply to. However, if you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS:

 For the safety and sanitation of our guests, Ooh La La Salon does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.

**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF undivulged INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR OOH LA LA SALON
